Why my EOS webcam utility not working?

I'm using my Canon EOS 2000D and Canon webcam utility for nearly 2 years. Recently, I changed my computer and tried to use my camera as my webcam but I doesn't work. All I see is a default screen. How do I fix this problem?

What program are you using to livestream? Are you using a USB cable to connect the camera to the computer? What operating system are you using? Is Wi-Fi turned off in the camera?

I've tried on instagram and messenger but nothing appears just the default Canon webcam utility screen and I'm using USB cable to connect my camera to pc and it works but doesn't work while using webcam utility. I'm using windows 10 and Canon webcam utility v1.2.2
