I have just installed the web cam application (EOSWebcamUtility-WIN1.1.zip) for use with Zoom and the video works fine, but there is no audio. I am using an EOS SL2, connected to my laptop with USB to USB micro. Has anyone had this problem and if so, how was it corrected?
I am running this on an MSI GP63 - Windows 10.

I am using an external mike and headset now which works alright, but I would prefer to use the internal microphone which still does not pick up, although it works in other programs.

If the external mic is plugged in then unplug it. The audio input is typically selected by whatever app you are using. The Webcam Utility has nothing to do with audio. It only provides video.
