I suggest that you try to download the software, anyway, and test it.  Many users are reporting that cameras not listed on the official supported list are working.  It would seem  that the same download is/was being used for all supported models.

Just be sure to follow the instructions closely.  There are two pinned threads at the top of the Software Forum.  Look at the one for Macs for the latest instructions.
