I purchased a Canon EOS M200, and the past month it was working completely fine, and yes, I have a subscription. Yet, all of a sudden it has quit working. I have updated my window 11, reset the computer, and un & reinstalled EOS Utilites Pro. I think I did so many restarts my computer started running slow. lol but not funny. I have checked task manager, device manager, and every other place to make sure no other app is using the camera. I even purchased a new HDMI to USB cord and here I am....😵 Plus, I have a desktop.

Maybe you have your cables mixed up. You need to connect from the USB port on your camera to the USB port on your computer to use the EOS Webcam Utility. No HDMI involved 🙂

Thank you @FloridaDrafter, I purchased based upon all the YouTube videos I have watch with a micro-HDMI to HDMI cable and then connect it to a HDMI adapter.
It worked for about two weeks and then all of a sudden, it just stopped.

That, I can't explain. All I know is what I've read from the Canon literature about the EOS Webcam Utility only using USB.
