What are the conditions to meet in order for 5D4 to achieve and maintain maximum FPS

I presume there are certain criterias to meet before my 5D4 (and 5D3, and 5D2, I have them all) to meet before they can maintain maximum FPS as long as the shutter button is pressed.    I presume the CF card and SD card write speed is one, what are the settings I need to look into?  tks...
