Hello,

I  bought an Canon EOS Rebel T 100, my first time buying one and actually using it. I took some pictures and it's great. But then my screen Start to show this message everytime when I turn it on and I can't take pictures anymore. Any advice about how to take it from the screen?

Thank you in advance.

That looks like the "Feature Guide" and it should go away as soon as touch the shutter or any of the buttons. If you can press the Menu button, go to the Wrench 2 item and turn it off as per page 55 of the current users guide.

If it's stuck on that screen, I'm at a loss as to how to fix that.

Thank you so much. I appreciate your help. It's stuck on that screen. When I try push any button it's says this button is not available in thr basic zone mode.

Try switching to P mode to see if you get control back.

Thank you. Appreciate

I'm stuck. Nothing works.

Try removing battery, pressing shutter button a few times to drain any charge, and re-install battery.

If it still doesn't work and it is within the time period to return to seller do that.

If not, you should contact Canon for service.
