EOS 6D Mark II Trouble Shooting the Moon

What's am I doing wrong?

So I just upgraded from a T6i to a 6d Mark II. While most things are great, I'm having difficulty shooting the moon. The RAW file is completely unusable. I've never had an issue with the T6i shooting the moon. In fact, I've taken some oustanding photos of the moon using the T6i with an old 70-300mm USM lens. Now with the 6D Mark II I am using an 80-200mm F2.8L "Magic Drainpipe" and only get grain in the RAW file. Camera settings are as follows in manual mode:

1/160 - F/11 - ISO 100. I've tried a couple of different metering settings and what not and only get this mess. The JPEG comes out at least looking like the moon, but nothing like my T6i could produce.

JPEG on the left and the RAW file on the right as they come out of the camera.

Second photo is the same or close to same settings on the T6i. The RAW file was stunning!

Upload the raw file. Which raw converter are you using?

Link to the RAW file. I use Photoscape X for image processing and have never had an issue.

Ok, thanks. Got it. There is a setting where you select the RAW engine and for some reason microsoft was selected. Changed it to Photoscape X and it works fine again.
