Hello, I have a Canon EOS 1D Mark II with a WFT-E8B and i want to upload photos directly from the camera to an ftp folder. My camera successfully detects the WFT-E8B wireless transmitter. I can see the Wireless Mac Address in the Function Settings. The problem is that when I use the connection wizard in the connection settings, I chose FTP trans and when i pick Wireless Lan Type and press ok, the camera hangs on "Busy... Please Wait" screen, even though i am standing next right below the access point. The FTP trans connection via Wired connection is working properly.
Welcome to the forum. 1. You should edit your post and delete camera S/N. 2. Go to the camera support s, register your product and contact Canon for support.

Have you tried manually inputting the network name and password rather than using the connection wizard?
