Canon 250D "Q button" locked/inactive

My Canon 250D camera, got stuck. The 'Q Button' on screen is inactive/faded results to locking everything except Shutter Button. Every other option and Buttons are locked. It remains stuck. 

How can I solve this?

Turn off the camera and take out the battery for an hour or so.

Check to see if any of the buttons are stuck in the "pressed" position.
