Pixma MX 700 still around ? my cartridges dried up and would like to know if salvageable . Thks

Does anybody still have a Pixma MX 700 office all in one printer ? my cartridges dried up and  I read that some are salvageable. Any idea ? I paid 400 dollars back in 2008 when I bought my IMac. thanks . 

how to stop wide black line on left hand side

I have a Canon MG2520 and it suddenly started printing a wide black line on the left hand side when I try to copy something or print something.  How can I get rid of this?  I have checked my settings and have cleaned plate.

I have an MG5400 printer. Suddenly it is skipping printing lines.
