TS9120 not accepting brand new genuine cartridges

I just bought a set of brand new Genuine Cartridges and installed them. Once I did a little red x appeared on them in the printers menu and kept showing the old ink levels. I try to print and it's just blank please help me to get my printer to register these brand new genuine cartridges.

If not already done, please power cycle the printer.  Next, please review the following article for ink tank replacement.

Things that might keep the new cartridges from being detected:

Failing to remove the protective tape

Installing the wrong cartridge into the incorrect slot

Not fully inserting / seating the cartridge(s)
