TS6020 Borderless Printing

The largest I can get my printer to print borderless is on a 4x6.  The Specifications on Canon's site say8.5 inches.  Is anyone able to help me?  Please!

8 inches/203.2 mm

(for Borderless Printing: 8.5 inches/216 mm)

This may not be related to your issue, but Canon has, over the past few months, completely overhauled their website to a standardized format. In the process a lot of information has been lost (or at least I can't find it).

The product pages used to have specifications and included all the footnotes. 

For borderless printing Canon lists a Footnote 5.

Sometimes those footnotes explain why a certain feature isn't working under certain conditions.
