Hi, please can anyone help? My Pixma MX 475 printer has suddenly refused to print and shows the support code 5012. It's linked to my desktop using Windows 10. I've not had any previous problems, have tried turning the power off and leaving it and just don't know what to do next. Many thanks!

Sorry, didn’t really help. Advised to plug and unplug which didn’t work so advised to go to a dealer. No dealers within a 50ml radius - probably cheaper to buy a new printer ... whether or not it will be Canon remains to be seen!
