Stuck on copy and I need print - TR4720

My cannon TR4720 keeps switching to copy and now I can’t print. This has happened before and I had to spend an hour setting it up again. Can someone please help me with this, it is extremely frustrating

So we can better assist you, please let us know what version of Windows or MacOS the printer is connected to. Also, please confirm if any message appears when you try to print from your computer(EX: error code, scan message, etc).
