When I try to scan from my MX922, the only option to scan to is PC Local USB. I've already set this printer to my XFinity modem via WiFi and it is connected to my MacBook Air. The MX922 does print from my laptop but will not scan to it. What's the solution?

This did not solve my problem. The solution does not apply in 2 ways: 1.) I don't have a Machintosh HD. I have a Laptop (Mac Airbook). 2.) I am not using a USB Port connection, I am using a wireless connection. Please revise instructions. Thanks, Karen

I have a Windows 10 computer. The PIXMA MX922 only shows Local (USB) under select PC. There is not USB connection to the printer. The printer is connected to my network and prints from the PC. I get a message stating: Set the PC to start scanning. HELP!
