Printer wont work after latest windows update

After March 2021 windows update it wont print properly I was told to download  KB4601382 for my pc but my windows update says I am up to date and it wont install it. My CANON 2560 printer does not print the middle of my photos.

KB4601382 was released in Febuary 2021 for windows 10 build 2004 and addressed vdeo issues.  It has nothing to do with printing 

Here is a list of the fixes for the printing issue introduced with the March 9th updates:

Windows 10, version 20H2 and Windows Server, version 20H2 (KB5001649)
Windows 10, version 2004 and Windows Server, version 2004 (KB5001649)
Windows 10, version 1909 and Windows Server, version 1909 (KB5001648)
Windows 10, version 1809 and Windows Server 2019 (KB5001638)
Windows 10, version 1803 (KB5001634)
Windows 10, version 1607 and Windows Server 2016 (KB5001633)
Windows 10, version 1507 (KB5001631)

This is where you can download the update which applies to you.  Be sure you select the correct download for the build and version of your OS. (x86, x64)

Thanks i knew it was not my new printer I changed the cartridges still it made no change the problem was still there.  I tried Windows update which could not find any it says I am up to date, but after a few restarts it seemed to update and started working again. The problem bedore the update was choosing 4 images on same A4 page then showing up with the middle of each photo missing got me worried. Even I trieed it again with 2 photos on same page and the top photo came out normal where as the bottom photo was split in 2 parts. I am glad it is working now. i thought it was only me.
