Printer first wouldn't power up. I wiggled plug in back which didn't help. I then put printer on it's side, removed the power module and then plugged back in. I put printer back on it's feet and turned on. Power light came on but now I get 10 flashes of the alarm light which supposedly means "Cannot print on sides of the page.", which I'm not trying to do. The solution is supposedly to press the Resume button which does nothing. It's dead otherwise. Ink tanks don't move when you open the top. What do I do next?
