Why does my jpeg pic always scan at 300 dpi.? I select 150 dpi on the scanner panel, but it always ends up 300 on

the computer????

Hello.

 

When you are scanning directly from the operator panel on the printer, the settings and DPI options would be controlled by our MP Navigator program on your computer.

 

Please open the MP Navigator program on your computer.  Then open the Preferences menu to access the settings for operator panel scanning.
