My new MacBook Air has OSMonterey 12.2 installed. My PixmaMP620 is not compatible. Is there a way to make it work?

Greetings,
There is no official support for MAC OS since Mavericks v10.9.
The printer itself (hardware) might not be able to support the architecture or modern MAC OS.
You might be able to get it to work with extremely limited functionality as an IP based printer, but you may not find this useful except for the most basic printing tasks. In this case, I would contact Canon. They offer an upgrade program for many products (printer) in this case where they provide a discount on a newer model, one that supports your newer operating system.
