My printer used to print very high quality photos on photo paper. I didn't use it for a few months. When I returned to my office, and tried to print another photo, the results now look like the attached. I've done the deep cleaning, ever option in the utility, have plenty of ink, etc., and this is the best of the test prints. When I print in color on regular plain paper, it's a little washed out, but not terrible.
The printer is 2 years old, but I can count the number of times I've used it with my fingers. I am going to be pretty annoyed if I have to chuck another one into the dumpster. I'm sure it's too late to call Canon and get any help from there, but I'm hoping someone in here might have some advice.

To contact a Technical Support Representative, please use the link below to log into your My Canon account:

Once logged in, click on your PIXMA G5020 and then click on the Product Support button.
When that page loads, click on either the Phone Support button or the Chat Support button to access support.
