PIXMA E470 Print option not showing in Canon Quick menu

Hi, I am using Canon E470 series with MacBook Pro OS Ventura 13.5
I keep having trouble printing with this printer. Also the quicken doesn't show print options. Does anyone have a solution with this? 

When I manually try and print it, the printer doesn't take the sheet of paper and processes the printing command somehow.
