I have a Canon Pixma TS302 and have been receiving an out of ink error for days now. Despite that I know the cartridge was quite new, I replaced it anyways but am still getting the error. I know the cartridge is inserted correctly, and I have unplugged and restarted the printer numerous times and it won't go away. I saw a troubleshooting tip to press the cancel button multiple times (which just turns my printer off because cancel is the same button as on/off) or to hold the cancel plus the color ink or black ink buttons simultaneously. My printer does not have a color or black ink button. Any suggestions? I'm seriously about to take a bat to this thing out in a field alla Office Space.
