My laptop does not detect my Canon MG2540S printer

I have just bought a new Canon MG2540S Printer and when I try to install the drivers and the software my laptop detects the printer when I first connect the printer but when installation is about to finish it says it does not detect the printer.
I am using windows 10 on my laptop

I have used 2 different usb cables so far but the result still the same.I followed the same steps from the help option but nothing has changed

Are you connecting the printer directly tro an avaialble USB port?

Do not use a hub (example)

What antivirus software are you using?

Windows Security or something additional?
