MX922 Top cassette photopaper twisting

Recently, 4"X6" photopaper  from the top casette is twisting (consistently) by a few degrees.  I have checked the guides rollers etc. and can see no problems. 5"X7" paper did not have the problem. What is the most likely cause (and fix). Thanks

The article did not address the problem.  I have been using Pixma 922 for many years, I am now on my third machine. I am familiar with the procedures for loading paper - which is the topic of that article. This twisting problem has appeared recently.  I am not using Canon photo papaer, but the brand I use has not caused problems before.  The twisting happens with 4X6" paper, a single piece of 5"X7" normal paper went through straight.  I have been assuming that there is some small blockage or irregularity in the rollers, but have gone through the cleaning procedures, and physically explored and cleaned as far as I can - but I am unable to fix the problem.  The machine is under warranty
