Please provide more information about the issue that you are experiencing.  Please tell us the following:

1.  Does an error appear when you attempt to print from the Windows 10 computer?  If so, what is the exact error?

2.  Is the printer being used wirelessly or with a direct USB cable connection to the computer?

3.  Provide any additional details that might be helpful with troubleshooting.
