MX452, Lenovo - after Windows 10 upgrade, computer recognizes fax but not printer

My MX 452 printer suddenly isn't recognized on my Lenovo computer. Only the fax is recognized. I have removed and reinstallled it a number of times, but only picks up the Fax. My other computers, Surface Pro and Apple, have the printer function. Only the Lenovo is not working.

Updates released by microsoft on the 16th (Patch Tuesday) appear to be causing issues with printers from multiple vendors.

The two primary offenders appear to be KB500802 and KB500808. But there might be others 

You can remove these from windows by visiting Settings > Update and Security > Windows Update > View Update History > Uninstall Updates

Then select these items one at a time and remove.  Restart after and test.

If the problem persists, I'd remove and reinstall the drivers.
