Ink Replenishment Order Stuck in Transit

I have this same printer TR4522 and signed up for the auto replenishment plan. My first ink order was created on Dec 28,2023 and my credit card was billed the next day. However, I have not yet received my ink order and when I go to the tracking it states the order is still moving through the system. (today is Jan 27,2024) Order Number: 4001[xxxxxx]./ USPS tracking 9400[xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx]. Not sure what to do as Canon can confirm sending it, but the USPS still has it. BTW, I verified my address info from my profile -
