The user manual should outline how to do that. I would link to it and provide a page number, but unfortunately Canon doesn't provide a PDF.
You'll thus need to visit this Support Page. Then download the appropriate user manual installer (macOS or Windows).

Hi BR5! Thanks for posting in the Canon Community Forum. I see that you would like to factory reset your PIXMA MG3000 series:
To restore the printer’s settings back to the factory defaults, you must hold down the printer’s STOP button and release that button as soon as the orange Alarm lamp flashes 21 times.
The instructions for this procedure can be found in the following section of the online manual:

Hello, is it the same for MG3022, bc my alarm goes 7 times and in 3 seconds another 7 times, the 21 times wait fir stop doesn't work
