Google Chrome prints quarter size. Safari normal

Chrome is a quarter size. Safari normal.

You'll have to mention what printer it is that you're using and what computer and operating system.  Though from what you write, this appears to be a Chrome issue, so you'll prob need to get support for that.

A complete guess is that Chrome is running on a device with a high-dpi screen (aka "retina") and not knowing what to do.   A high-dpi screen would have twice as many pixels horizontally and vertically; potentially leading to the quarter-sized output.

macos bigsur 11.7.6 retina. WiFi, Works fine with Safari, iPhone, and Ipad. Chrome seems to be the problem.

MG3620 prints fine with Safari. Half size with Chrome.
