G4570 Pixma, issue with dull printing and vertical lines

I brought this printer yesterday and I’m having issues with colour and lines. It’s printing very dull, with vertical line on it. 

I’ve done all the maintain on it during set up and turned my printer quality to high, turned up my drying time and it stop half way through printing and then doesn’t continue. I’ve changed pager setting and colour setting and nothing is working. I get a grey dull for black. 

can someone help me please.
