Hello, I have a Canon Pixma MG2920 that can print to my Macbook Pro Big Sur but every attempt to scan leads to a error message without a number. Specifically; Scanner reported an error. A required file is missing or corrupted, or settings are incorrect. Try the installation again. I have since downloaded the drivers and reset the computer and scanner but the error message persists.

While our Forum Community members are welcome to chime in, the Canon PIXMA MG6220 has been retired. That means we do not offer support for the printer or updated drivers. We recommend updating to a more modern printer and reaching out to our Canon Upgrade Program specialist who will go over the best options for upgrading your printer.
