Does anyone have advice on how to eliminate a thin white streak in the middle of my photo scans? This is NOT a printer ink problem as it shows up in the initial preview scan on my computer screen well before I actually print the scan. I have already tried resetting the printer by unplugging it and have also cleaned the scanner glass, so that is NOT the issue either. Bad scanner sensor? Any ideas on how to fix?

If the printer is in it's 1 year warranty, I recommend reaching out to Canon support for your service options. You will need to register your Canon gear HERE to access additional support options.
