Hi
Canon Megatank PIXMA G5020. When double sided printing, front side prints fine, pauses, takes paper back in for back side printing and then gets stuck - sounds like the wheels are slipping over the paper/not catching it. Support code 1304 appears. When paper is pulled out, the back right corner is bent/a bit folded. Paper is clean and flat in the tray.
I have done 'roller cleaning' in maintenance menu three times.
I've opened the back of the printer and wiped all visible wheels with an alcohol pad.
Same thing happens when printing from either tray.
