Can PIXMA MP460 all in one printer, scanner, copier, fax machine function in Windows 11?

I've downloaded a driver that allows the MP460 to copy and print but the scanner function does not work. I am hoping to find a driver that allows all functions to work.

HI!  Thanks for letting us know what Canon product you've got. The PIXMA MP460 is an older model which we have retired. While that means that Canon USA no longer offers direct support for it, your friends here in the Canon Community are welcome to offer suggestions!
