First, it is recommended that you are using Canon ink.
Next, please perform 2 or 3 printhead cleanings:
1. Swipe the HOME screen and then tap Setup on your PIXMA MG7720.
2. Tap Maintenance.
3. Tap Cleaning.
4. Tap Yes to clean the printhead.
5. Tap Yes to print a Nozzle Check.
Does the Nozzle Check print correctly?

If it does not, your PIXMA MG7720 would require service. If your PIXMA MG7720 was purchased less than a year ago, please contact one of Canon's Technical Support Representatives via phone or chat to obtain your in warranty options. If your PIXMA MG7720 is out of warranty, you are eligible for Canon's Upgrade Program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service, or for some reason are incompatible with a new or upgraded system.
