eos vr utility error found while exporting converting failed

does anyone has the solution or the same issue. only two of my footages error when iam trying to export it the other footages is just normal

I'm sorry to see some of your files aren't export two of your files. I see one of the files that isn't converting in the list on the left of your screenshot. Which other file isn't exporting? Also what camera body and which dual fish-eye lens are you using to shoot the two clips that aren't exporting?
