EOS Utility availability for macOS Sonoma

Hello!

I have a Canon EOs 80D and there's no software for downloading the photos to my Mac Sonoma. Could you solve it?

1 ACCEPTED SOLUTION

Give Canon support a call. 1-800-OK-CANON. I know it works, so it must be a local problem. Can’t resolve that via posts.

Go to macOS13 section and download from there. That works for me with macOS 14. Be sure to check all security authorization requests.

it's impossible. They're asking me for the serial number and when I type it, the message is that the number isn't correct. Do you know another solution?

You don’t need a serial number to download EOS Utility software.

that's true, I was trying to download other software.
Now, I just get the installer in my Mac, but after extracting the files, there's no program installed either files in the folder. It's like if the computer doesn't recognise anything.
