Cannot Download Software for EOS Rebel T7

I'm trying to download the Digital Photo Professional and EOS Utility installers for my EOS Rebel t7 but the downloads all give me an error "This site can’t be reached pdisp01.c-wss.com took too long to respond"

I was able to utilize the link that you attached with no issue. I would suggest trying a different web browser if possible. You may also try clearing your cookies and cache before trying again.
