I have tried calling tech support but it says the hold time is "longer than 50minutes." I can't wait that long. Can noone help?

I did those things to no avail. It is prob an old cable, a few ft. I guess I have to call tech support 

I am running Windows 10 Home, connected via USB, I have not tried MF Scangear but don't want to install additional software on my computer if I can avoid it. The antivirus software is Kaspersky. That also is the same as was on my old computer. thanks...

Hi TCampbell,Thanks for the suggestion. If it were just CA, then if I looked at just one color channel in Photoshop, it should be sharp, right? It is maybe a little better, but still blurry.Dan
