This Pileated woodpecker just couldn't figure out how the other woodpecker got in that car. These were taken in the late evening sun at just over 250' on my neighbors car across the street.

What lens are you using? If RF-S or EF-S, it will force a full frame R to only use 1.6 crop. There may be other settings that force this, but that is the first thing that popped in my head
