Afternoon all, I have a printer that was setup 2+ years ago and need to change a scan-> email setting but I need the admin PIN. I had notes but it's saying it's not correct. So, on the browser when you go there the "forgot" link says contact Canon support, yet since the printer is > 1 year I guess I am left with the FAQ or forum.
So not sure how to proceed as I can't contact support but is my only option to factory reset?
