Canon Vixia HF R42 - Transfer Utility doesn't download 64G SD card; only internal videos. Anyone?

The Transfer Utility LE only downloads videos from the internal memory, and not from my 64G SD card. It doesn't even give me the option of choosing the SD card. Any thoughts?
