I brought a new MX-922 printer and i am trying to setup the printer. I have gone through the setup multiple times and also did talk to Canon support. Unfortunately i haven't got any response which can solve my problem. I am in IT and i could do all the prelim investigation and steps. I really need some help to solve my printer detection issue.
The network settings for the printer are good. I can see it on the Wireless LAN setup.
Connection : Enabled
SSID : My network name
Signal Strength : 88%
Everything seems to be good at the printer end. I am using WIN 7 and trying to connect the printer from my laptop.
Can Canon support help? I already wanted lot of time on this and thinking of returning this printer.
