In order to assist with this issue we will need more information. Is the printer able to print wirelessly to your other computers? Is the iPad connected to the same netork as the MG3220?

Make sure that your iPad is connectd to the same Wi-Fi network as the printer and your iMac. It may be possible that it is connected to a different network.
