how can i connect my mg3150 wireless printer to my network without having a wps button on my router

My two sons both have canon mg3150 wireless printers which are set up ready but the last instruction for wireless connection says i need to press the wps button on the router and it does not have one.  Is there a way of still connecting these printers on the wireless network or do i need to buy a new router ?
