How to turn on printer that computer and troubleshoot says is offline. Have tried everything I know and have read.

If you are connecting wirelessly, let's start by reconnecting to the wireless network using the steps HERE. If you are connecting with USB, disconnect the USB cable from both ends. Reconnect the USB cable to the printer first, then use a different USB port on the computer, if one is available. If you are using a USB hub, bypass the hub, and plug the cable directly into the computer.
