TS3322 - Installed on Laptop, Issues installing happened now Network is broken on laptop

Need Help, I tried installing my TS3322 and installed the software and couldnt get it completed and now my Network is broken and cant get onto the internet, I have a Network Connection in the WiFi that is labeled the printer and I can connect to it, But now do not have access to the internet on my laptop any longer, It will connect ot the router but just says No Internet connection all other devices in the home can connect and have internet.

 

I a need to repiar this without having to fully restore my laptop.

 

Running Windows 10.

Hello.

 

Check the Wi-Fi settings for your computer.  You should see an icon for the wireless network connection near the clock on the corner of your screen.  If the computer is connected to the TS3300 network, you won't be able to connect to the internet.  You will need to reconnect to your normal Wi-Fi network in order to access the internet again.

 

Once you have reconnected the computer to your normal Wi-Fi network, try reinstalling the printer.  Visit the following link for details on how to perform the wireless setup:

I have tried this, There was an issue with the install and I had to exit the Software that was trying to connect to the network, Now the network is broken and none of my internet connections will work, I can get to the router but not the internet on any of them, I have tried connecting to all of them, It seem as if it has corrupted the WiFi connection Adapter somehow

If you followed the steps outlined in our setup instructions, this should not have caused issues with the overall Internet connection.  Please contact your Internet service provider to investigate your network issues.  Once they have been resolved, contact our phone support group at 1-800-652-2666 for assistance with the wireless setup of the printer.
