I am not able to connect the printer to my wireless network. Time Warner said that I am on a systme that uses: WPA2 and the encryption mode is AES.
In the troubleshooting Canon guide, the recommendations are for an older encryption systme (ie. WEP, etc.)
How can I connect?

Hi racheltalbot141,
Your PIXMA MG3620 supports several encryption types, and should not prevent you from connecting to your wireless network.
The cableless setup is usually easiest, as it can be performed with Windows, Macintosh, iOS and Android. Instructions can be found HERE.
