This forum is not to answer ANY question. It is meant to placate us the users that we will get help from somewhere. I have the mx922 wireless scan problem too butt no help or answer in over 6 months.

I've been having similar issues, scanning from the printer, IJ utility, etc. Turns out Kaspersky was blocking it. Pause protection and it seems to work ok.

 

Having said that the IJ utiltiy gives a whole new meaning to dire UI design, open it up, what you supposed to do, randomly click buttons, wait for something to happen - for a company specialising in this stuff some UI investment would be a good idea!

You must be joking, right. Canon has terrible customer service. Most of the technicians don't have a solution to your problem. Then they blame everything except their Canon product for the issue. The technicians have been coached to take zero responsibility for a product that cannot perform the simplest of tasks. Fax machines, printers, and scanners are supposed to fax, print, and scan.
