We recently changed mangaged wifi's. I have tried all admin/password combo's that I ever use but it tells me they aren't correct. Where can I find the username/password or how to reset printer to factory settings?

After 4 days of calling your supporter number I finally was able to speak to a human being for him to tell me I have to drive 2 hours from my home to your service center in Rockville MD because Im am not able to do the Volume button x1, Stop button x5, Volume button x1 again sequence is not working. This is a true inconvience. I think you all need to find a better way for this to be resolved.
